On the first day of the trek, you will have to travel from Rishikesh to Joshimath by bus or your preferred mode of transport. It will take around 7 to 8 hours, and you can stay there on that night.
On the second day, you will go to Chitrakhana or Dhak Village. From this place, Kuari Pass Trek starts. You will have to trek for six kilometers through dense forest, which will take around four hours. After that, you will reach the green meadows where you can have an outstanding view of the surroundings.
On the third day, you will have to go on a 6 kilometers trek after breakfast. After this trek, you will reach Tali Top. The fourth day includes a long trek of 15 kilometers to reach Kuari Pass. There you can feel fresh wind blows and see the highest Himalayan peak, Nanda Devi.
Then you can return to Josjimath on the fifth day of the trek after breakfast. Stay there overnight and return to Rishikesh the next day.
